This morning I spilled about 2 cups of liquid from my beef stew onto the passenger seat of my Mazda! The seats are fabric. How can I get it out?

I just noticed today that my Malfunction Indicator light of my 1998 Mazda 626 LX is on while I drive the car.I checked that the cap of the gas tank was not tightly closed.I tightened it, but the indicator light is still on.What could be the reason for it? How to fix it? Is it safe to use the car now?

Does anyone know the specifications of the original stereo of a 2001 Mazda Protege? I want to replace it with a newer stereo from canadiantire or futureshop so I want to know what type to buy, should I buy the one with 4x50W power or 4x52W or 4x40W power???
