How Much Should I Expect To Pay For A Bad Cv Joint On My 2003 Mazda MPV At A Shop?

I have a 2003 Mazda MPV with a serious clanking noise while turning left. Not a pro but I'm thinking its a bad CV Joint. Just wondering what I should be expecting to pay before I get some estimates.

You would be better off to have the axle shaft assy. replaced. You can get a re-man axle or some after market manufacturers are now making new axles for certain applications. Cost of axle approx.$100.00 and labor approx. $80.00 to $100.00.
