Does anyone know the specifications of the original stereo of a 2001 Mazda Protege? I want to replace it with a newer stereo from canadiantire or futureshop so I want to know what type to buy, should I buy the one with 4x50W power or 4x52W or 4x40W power???

the 4xnumber is just how much power you will be able to push to your speakers, so it just depends on if you want it to be louder or not, most stock cars only push out like 4x20ish, so it will make your speakers sound a little bit nicer
