Where is the fuel filter located on a 1988 Mazda MX6?

i think its in the engine bay

i think its in the engine bay around the break master cylinder, should be black or silver with a hose running to the fuel rail.

it should be on the frame

it should be on the frame rail under the car on the drivers side about where back seat is

under the car in the fuel
